mina, mĭna, ae, f. adj., smooth: mina ovis, smooth-bellied, with no wool on the belly: mina (id est ventre glabro), Varr R. R. 2, 2, 6: minae oves, a play on the double meaning of the word (v. 1. mina, II.), Plaut. Truc. 3, 1, 9.

Subst.: mĭna, ae, f.: minam Aelius vocitatam ait mammam alteram lacte deficientem, quasi minorem factam, Paul. ex Fest. p. 122 Müll.
